Cottage rates

Short breaks may be available, but are only bookable at short notice.
The rates for 3 nights are:

Both Cottages are  non-smoking.

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

Linen is included but there is a £20 discount if you bring your own. Electricity and oil are charged separately.

Christmas, New Year, Easter and school half-term weeks are charged at the high season rate.

Long lets may also be available. Please enquire.

 
For larger parties optional extra bedrooms are available in the main house. Price on request.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm bookings.
The remainder of the rental is payable a minimum of eight weeks prior to the let.
Cheques should be made payable to Mrs Pru Cartwright.

We ask all guests to arrive after 3:00pm and vacate their cottage by 10:00am on the day of departure.
