Fishing
Guests staying at the cottages are invited to enjoy our excellent coarse fishing on the River Wye (left bank fishing both above and below Bredwardine Bridge) - a total of a third of a mile.
Double figure Barbel are regularly caught on our beat, as are five pound chub. There is also access to club waters for a further mile downstream with excellent coarse fishing for barbel, chub, pike etc. (two permits per cottage). Fishing is included in the rental.

Access is straightforward, through the grounds, and the estate fishing is reserved exclusively for guests staying at the cottages. Brobury Cottages also provide an ideal centre from which to explore the wealth of excellent river and lake fishing in the area including many fisheries on the River Wye, River Lugg , River Arrow and numerous lakes offering excellent coarse and trout fishing.
